Wrapping it up?

2015 What a year it has been!

One full of change as well as full of opportunities!

Here’s some samples of what I’ve experienced and I’d love to hear what it’s been like for you!

moving boxes

For example: We moved from our 3 bedroom home on 1/3 acre into an attractive but small 2 bedroom apartment.  That was quite a challenge!

We’ve also addressed some health issues-both physical and mental. And my sister moved over the mountains to help us make some transitions. So, of course, the following message also seems to apply to me!

And since the following quote sometimes feels like my situation, I’ve decided that I’ll just be content with my missing lists, moments of clarity, and BOOKS!

I hope your 2014 has been

happy and healthy,

productive and peaceful, and

fun and freeing.

I’m looking forward to connecting with you this coming year!

Tell me what you’d like to see me write about this coming year.

I’d love to be doing something you’d enjoy and that you feel is meaningful!

P.S. This is my 4th (final) week with the new habit of taking 5 twenty minute breaks during the week for stopping, for breathing, for being in the moment. I did it 6 times again this week. And, though I’ll probably tweak it some, I plan on continuing it in the new year!
