You are the answer!
I am the answer!
We are always at choice!
We say we want to live fully, to be peaceful, to be happy, to be a blessing to those around us.
We know we are surrounded by universal ideas of love and beauty and wisdom. And some of them have our names on them!
We are immersed in the energy of life and it just waits for us to call upon it.
And here’s all we need to do!
We just need to make that U-turn, to turn back to that “un-adulterated” self, that self we were when we knew we were whole, complete and perfect, when we were child-like in our acceptance and appreciation of
- all that we were,
- all that we had, and
- all that we saw.
So, just in case you’ve slipped up on one or two beliefs, here are some suggested “U” turns you can focus on and choose to strengthen and affirm:
Unconditional love, unified with others, unwavering trust in the universe, uplifting messages, useful habits, upgraded skills, upbeat attitude, unforgettable smile, unequivocal faith, uncommon courage, undeterred resolve, understanding others, unique personality, unfolding wisdom, unflappable humor, undeniably blessed…
What we claim and affirm for ourselves, we experience. Choosing from just the words above and adding them to the phrase
“I am…(insert quality”)
can impress upon our mind, spirit, and body our newly claimed truth.
And if you want to really dig in, try it with other letters of the alphabet!
